Road Block
Fine, I'll say it. My body is resisting any efforts to swim, run or bike. I've gotten back into a regular schedule with work, which consumes the time frame in which I'd usually work out. This means that I now need to either become the over-achieving super early work-out person, or fight my way onto a treadmill when everyone and their mom gets off work at 6. It's not that I'm not enjoying the workouts, it's just that I'm getting really, really, tired. So today, I finally had a day off and instead of making up for lost gym time this week, I spent the morning giving my muscles a break and went to a hot yoga session. I'm feeling much better, and hopefully by tomorrow my body will be ready to hit the nature trail running. Cross your fingers!
